Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly under cold water.
  • Dry the spinach using a salad spinner or paper towels.
