Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add steak cubes to the marinade and let soak for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Thread marinated steak onto skewers (if using).
Grill steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Use a meat thermometer to check for 130°F for medium-rare.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
