Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
