Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sliced chicken breast or tofu
  • 1 cup of bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and prep them by slicing and measuring.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken (or tofu) and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add snap peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat the ingredients.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
