Ingredients

  • 4 slices of thick bread brioche or challah
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh fruits for topping raspberries, peaches
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  • Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread and top with another slice to create a sandwich.
