Chop the mushroom stems finely and set aside.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems.
Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing until well blended.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling generously.
Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
