Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of salsa on the bottom.
Place 2 tortillas over the salsa, overlapping slightly.
Spread half of the meat mixture over the tortillas.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the meat.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, meat, salsa, and cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
