Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat from the skillet.
Add taco seasoning, black beans, kidney beans, and corn to the skillet.
Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the beef mixture.
Spread half of the diced tomatoes over the beef layer.
Add half of the crushed tortilla chips and half of the cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
