Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing the meat mixture in the tortillas.
Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
Slice the avocado and place it on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over each taco.
Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa to taste.
