Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  • Stir in black beans and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  • Assemble tacos by placing the meat mixture in the tortillas.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  • Slice the avocado and place it on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over each taco.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa to taste.
