In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add melted butter, sugar, and salt to the yeast mixture.
Mix in the eggs, and gradually add the flour until the dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking pan.
Cover the rolls and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Brush warm rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
