Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream for topping
  • Fresh fruits for decoration e.g., strawberries, blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, alternating with the whole milk.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Once baked, let it cool completely in the pan.
  • In a bowl, combine the evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Poke holes all over the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture evenly over it.
