Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: avocado or hard-boiled egg

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  • Drain the can of tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add diced red onion to the bowl with the tuna.
