Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, and pickles for topping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  • Assemble the burgers with lettuce, turkey patty, tomato, and pickles.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
