In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix the ingredients until well combined but do not overmix.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form patties.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
During the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on top of the patties to melt.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
Assemble the burgers: place lettuce, tomato, and the turkey patty on the bottom bun.
Top with additional condiments as desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
