Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, and cheese for toppings

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined but do not overmix.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on top of the patties to melt.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
  • Assemble the burgers: place lettuce, tomato, and the turkey patty on the bottom bun.
  • Top with additional condiments as desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
