Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the turkey mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  • Spread additional ketchup on top for a glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
