Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Condiments of choice

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until fully combined, but do not overwork the meat.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Toast the slider buns on the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, and condiments of your choice.
