Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cashews soaked
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 bell pepper sliced
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the vegan pizza crust on a floured surface.
  • Transfer the crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Blend soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Pour the cashew sauce over the marinara base.
  • Layer fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before slicing.
