Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and egg until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
