Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can 12 oz tuna, drained
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and garlic powder.
  • Add the drained tuna, cooked noodles, frozen peas, and half of the cheddar cheese to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
